These terms cover Cartbeat, the basket reminder feature for online shops, and this website. On mdrnly, using Cartbeat is also covered by your mdrnly terms.
The service
Cartbeat emails shoppers who left checkout and asked for a reminder, restores their basket in one tap, and can apply a reward you choose. Features may change.
Your responsibilities as a shop
- Use Cartbeat only for your own shop and your own shoppers.
- Make sure any reward you offer is one you can honor.
- Keep a real mailing address and a working reply-to address in your shop settings, and follow the email laws that apply to you.
Pricing and cancelling
On mdrnly, your first month is free, then Cartbeat is $3/mo added to your mdrnly plan. You can cancel in Settings > Apps at any time; it stays on until the end of the notice period shown there, with no new charge.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cartbeat to email people who did not ask, to get around unsubscribes, or to send unlawful content. We may turn Cartbeat off for a shop that does.
Disclaimers and liability
Cartbeat is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee delivery, inbox placement or results. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Cartbeat in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes appear on this page with a new date.
